This product is specially tailored for copper anodes mold coating. It is based on natural bone ash improved with lubricant and dispersing additives. It has been successfully used by the largest copper smelters in Chile, as mold release agent in the casting of copper anodes.

Yield

For the casting of copper anodes, experience shows that the consumption of EXTRAMOULD is between 0.6  to 0.7 Kg. per each molded metric Ton.
This yield arises when you keep the concentration of the coating suspension between 8 to 12 Baumé.
